Hi there,

We’ve released a set of improvements to make pricing, billing operations, and day-to-day work in CORE more reliable and easier to use.

Regional pricing during ordering
You can now support different prices for the same offering depending on the customer’s region or service address.

When an address is qualified during the order process, METAVSHN can determine the applicable regional price and carry it through the full journey:

- product and service configuration,
- order summary and sidebar,
- terms,
- billing,
- Hosted Checkout.

This makes it possible to present the correct contextual price from the start—rather than relying on manual adjustments later in the process.

More customer-friendly service suspensions
Service suspensions linked to newly overdue invoices can now respect configured operational hours.

When a planned suspension would fall outside business hours, on a weekend or on a public holiday, it is moved to the next suitable working time. This helps ensure customers are not affected when support teams are unavailable.

This behavior applies to newly created overdue-invoice suspension events; existing events are not changed retroactively.

Paper invoice reminder fees
For tenants using paper billing, the platform can now automatically apply the configured fee for a paper invoice reminder to the next invoice.

The automation is limited to the relevant paper-channel reminder workflow. Manual “Send invoice” actions from CORE do not automatically generate this additional fee.

More resilient order provisioning
If a service-provisioning request cannot be created because a connected service is temporarily in an invalid state, the order no longer falls back into an unnecessary error stage.

Instead, the process can wait and be retried, administrators are notified, and the order can continue once the service is ready again. This is particularly helpful for temporary provisioning and number-porting-related issues.

Easier navigation in CORE
Many CORE actions and records now use real application links rather than JavaScript-only navigation.

This means users can use standard browser behaviour—such as Ctrl/Cmd-click to open records in a new tab—when working with customers, orders, documents, services and related items.

Fixes and usability improvements
This release also includes improvements across billing, warehouse workflows and the CORE user interface:

- corrected calculation of TV discounts after a billing-period change;
- improved protection of billing forecasts when price data is incomplete;
- corrected product names in purchase-order CSV exports;
- fixed an error that could occur when restoring a customer search from the tray;
- improved Activity Log consistency after reopening a customer profile;
- fixed mobile sidebar alignment and several form/layout issues;
- improved invoice-detail display for customers with multiple email addresses;
- restored the display of selected quantities for additional services in order details;
- resolved an issue affecting service deletion/state updates.

Ongoing platform maintenance

Behind the scenes, we have also updated key platform components to current technology versions, including Java 25 and Angular 21.

These internal improvements help keep METAVSHN aligned with current security, performance and industry standards, while providing a stable foundation for future enhancements.
