Hi there,

We’ve released new user-access management in CORE, together with improvements to customer administration, order processing, billing accuracy, mobile usability, and platform reliability.

New user-access management in CORE

CORE now provides tree and table views for understanding how users, customers, and organizations are connected. Authorized administrators can add, edit, or remove access and perform account actions such as changing an email address, resetting a password, or blocking a user.

Service Connectors can now maintain external-party information and keep customer relationships synchronized when services are created, updated, or transferred to a new owner.

Faster access to customer and service data

XDR records can now be downloaded as CSV files, and connector dropdowns are searchable to make large value lists easier to use. We also corrected the customer-creation form and added support for creating customers who do not have their own email address.

Billing Cycle details now show their related Product Instances, including direct navigation to each product. RFS navigation has also been improved: the full RFS container is clickable, the RFS breadcrumb link has been restored, and switcher tabs are consistently ordered with the active tab highlighted.

Global search now provides clearer navigation controls. Enter opens the selected result in the current window, while Shift+Enter opens it in a new tab. Existing new-tab and copy-link actions remain available.

We also corrected the XDR date-range picker layout and added a counter when the tray contains more entries than can be displayed.

Clearer and more complete Activity Logs

Activity Log comments now preserve line breaks and wrap complete words correctly. Comment controls render more reliably, and relative timestamps refresh automatically so displayed times remain accurate.

Access to older employee activity history has been restored. We also improved the integrity of diagnostic user and session data used to investigate reported issues.

Safer order and billing workflows

Order details now display loading indicators while information is being retrieved. Overdue-invoice warnings in transfer orders remain correctly anchored to the bottom of the screen, keeping their actions visible.

Address changes are now blocked while a termination order is pending, preventing conflicting requests. Changing a product owner no longer creates an unnecessary alteration.

Regional pricing now retains the original price when no qualifying regional price is available, rather than replacing it with a default zero value. The New Billing Account form also starts empty each time it is opened instead of retaining previously entered information.

We improved background order processing to prevent operations from remaining indefinitely queued, and applied additional masking to sensitive information in CORE system logs.

Improved mobile Selfcare

Input sizing is now consistent across Selfcare and Hosted Checkout, improving usability on mobile devices. We also corrected fields that could overflow smaller screens.

Selfcare now displays validity start and end dates, and the plain “Loading...” flash shown immediately after login has been replaced with a consistent loading state.

Platform reliability

Diagnostic source-map uploads now handle service rate limits more reliably, improving our ability to investigate and resolve frontend issues.

The platform’s search, communication, and timeline services have also been migrated to the Java 25 runtime as part of ongoing security, performance, and maintainability improvements.
