Hi there,
We’ve released improvements across Selfcare and CORE, including integrated customer support, clearer service-usage information, smoother multi-tab working, and fixes for address changes, billing, and product activation. We’ve also strengthened the platform’s security and reliability.

Dixa support in Selfcare
Selfcare now includes the Dixa support widget. Once the production credentials are configured, customers will be able to contact support directly from Selfcare. On desktop, the support option is available in the sidebar; on mobile, it is included in the menu with profile and logout actions.

Clearer service-policy information in CORE
CORE now displays service policies directly within the service details. Users can review resource and balance usage, available amounts, utilization levels, and validity periods without leaving the service page.

Improved multi-tab working in CORE
CORE now preserves the authenticated session when users open pages in additional browser tabs. This makes it easier to review and compare multiple customers, services, or orders without repeated login prompts.

More reliable address changes
Address-change orders now retain the relevant internet-service configuration and option identifiers. This helps ensure that the replacement service is created with the correct configuration.

Improved invoice-cancellation handling
Canceling an invoice now triggers product activation when applicable, restoring the expected product state without requiring additional manual intervention.

More accurate quarterly billing
Prorated replacements for quarterly billing accounts no longer cause the following billing cycle to be skipped.

Updated customer documents
The communication contract PDF template has been updated.

Platform security and reliability
CORE, Selfcare, and Warehouse traffic is now routed through the Cloudflare proxy, strengthening protection and improving platform reliability.

Hi there,

We’ve released new user-access management in CORE, together with improvements to customer administration, order processing, billing accuracy, mobile usability, and platform reliability.

New user-access management in CORE

CORE now provides tree and table views for understanding how users, customers, and organizations are connected. Authorized administrators can add, edit, or remove access and perform account actions such as changing an email address, resetting a password, or blocking a user.

Service Connectors can now maintain external-party information and keep customer relationships synchronized when services are created, updated, or transferred to a new owner.

Faster access to customer and service data

XDR records can now be downloaded as CSV files, and connector dropdowns are searchable to make large value lists easier to use. We also corrected the customer-creation form and added support for creating customers who do not have their own email address.

Billing Cycle details now show their related Product Instances, including direct navigation to each product. RFS navigation has also been improved: the full RFS container is clickable, the RFS breadcrumb link has been restored, and switcher tabs are consistently ordered with the active tab highlighted.

Global search now provides clearer navigation controls. Enter opens the selected result in the current window, while Shift+Enter opens it in a new tab. Existing new-tab and copy-link actions remain available.

We also corrected the XDR date-range picker layout and added a counter when the tray contains more entries than can be displayed.

Clearer and more complete Activity Logs

Activity Log comments now preserve line breaks and wrap complete words correctly. Comment controls render more reliably, and relative timestamps refresh automatically so displayed times remain accurate.

Access to older employee activity history has been restored. We also improved the integrity of diagnostic user and session data used to investigate reported issues.

Safer order and billing workflows

Order details now display loading indicators while information is being retrieved. Overdue-invoice warnings in transfer orders remain correctly anchored to the bottom of the screen, keeping their actions visible.

Address changes are now blocked while a termination order is pending, preventing conflicting requests. Changing a product owner no longer creates an unnecessary alteration.

Regional pricing now retains the original price when no qualifying regional price is available, rather than replacing it with a default zero value. The New Billing Account form also starts empty each time it is opened instead of retaining previously entered information.

We improved background order processing to prevent operations from remaining indefinitely queued, and applied additional masking to sensitive information in CORE system logs.

Improved mobile Selfcare

Input sizing is now consistent across Selfcare and Hosted Checkout, improving usability on mobile devices. We also corrected fields that could overflow smaller screens.

Selfcare now displays validity start and end dates, and the plain “Loading...” flash shown immediately after login has been replaced with a consistent loading state.

Platform reliability

Diagnostic source-map uploads now handle service rate limits more reliably, improving our ability to investigate and resolve frontend issues.

The platform’s search, communication, and timeline services have also been migrated to the Java 25 runtime as part of ongoing security, performance, and maintainability improvements.

Hi there,

We’ve released a redesigned CORE experience alongside improvements to order information, billing accuracy, navigation, and platform reliability.

A redesigned CORE experience
CORE now provides redesigned billing and invoice views, improved filtering, and clearer product and service information.

The new experience also uses party-role information to make relationships between customers, people, and organizations easier to understand.

Linked-party information restored in orders
Linked-party information is once again displayed correctly in the CORE orders list, restoring important context about the people and organizations connected to an order.

More accurate Bring a Friend credits
Bring a Friend credits are no longer generated for deactivated customers or terminated billing cycles, preventing credits from being created when they are no longer applicable.

CORE usability improvements
Several interface issues have been resolved:
• Pressing Escape while viewing an invoice PDF now works correctly.
• Tariff details close automatically when continuing to the Review and Accept step.
• Global Search remains visible above page menus and autocomplete panels.

Support for a new Leucom promotion
The product catalog now supports a fixed-amount promotion with a 24-month term.

Reliability and quality improvements
This release also improves service startup reliability and adds end-to-end test coverage for the complete CORE order-creation flow.

Product analytics configuration has also been updated across CORE, the Self-Service Portal, and Hosted Checkout.

Hi there,

We’ve released a set of improvements that make People Search in CORE faster and easier to use, strengthen contract and order processing, and improve customer-management and self-service workflows.

A faster, more intuitive People Search

People Search in CORE has been redesigned with clearer keyboard and mouse interactions, improved handling of recent searches, faster navigation, and smoother loading states.

This makes it quicker and easier to find and select the right person while working in CORE.

More reliable contract and order processing

Several changes improve the reliability of key workflows:

- contract generation now handles overlapping requests correctly, preventing blank previews or interruptions to the signing process;

- PRODUCT-REPLACE renewals no longer leave orders stuck when the renewal step is skipped;

- unchanged services are no longer submitted as empty updates during order changes;

- service-option mapping now keeps download-speed settings consistent across fulfillment and migration workflows.

Improved customer-data consistency

Customer names are now synchronized more consistently between CORE and the Self-Service Portal, helping ensure that users see the correct information across both applications.

Service-address management and unresolved-address handling

Service addresses can now be managed directly in CORE, allowing missing service places to be added manually.

When a service address cannot be resolved during order creation, the responsible team is automatically notified through the configured communication channel, such as Slack or email. The issue can then be reviewed and the correct address added manually in CORE, providing a clearer resolution process and helping prevent unnecessary order delays.

Self-service improvements

The PDF viewer in the Self-Service Portal has been improved for iOS devices, ensuring that its controls remain visible and accessible within the screen.

Usage-history date filters also remain visible and consistent when switching between tabs, making it easier to review different periods without reselecting filters.

Additional CORE improvement

Comment pinning in CORE has been restored, allowing users to keep important information easily accessible

Hi there,

We’ve released a set of improvements that introduce a redesigned CORE experience, give authorized users more control over order processing, and improve customer management, billing, and self-service workflows.

A redesigned CORE experience
CORE now has redesigned main and preview views, clearer navigation, improved support for party roles, and a more consistent way to access actions across the application.

Global actions and the tray have also been updated, making it easier to move between customers, orders, services, and related work while keeping important items accessible.

More control over order processing
Authorized users can now continue eligible orders directly from CORE without waiting for their scheduled finalization.

This includes supported update and termination scenarios that previously required assistance from production support. When an order is eligible, users with the appropriate permissions can resume or finalize it from the interface, reducing delays and operational handovers.

The qualification feedback shown during order processing has also been corrected, so users receive a clearer and more accurate explanation when an order cannot proceed.

Edit customer contact details directly in CORE
Users with the support role can now update permitted party contact fields directly in CORE.

This makes it easier to delegate routine data-maintenance work, such as correcting or standardizing contact details, without granting broader administrative permissions or creating a separate production-support request.

Integrated access to support
Intercom is now available directly from the CORE sidebar.

Users can ask for help without leaving their current workspace, making it easier to contact support while working with a customer or order.

More reliable order and service handling
Several changes improve the reliability and clarity of order processing:
- warehouse orders no longer close unless a router has been correctly assigned;
- selected quantities for additional services are now shown in order details;
- using “Select all” during product selection no longer creates duplicate-product errors;
- service updates now work correctly when a service has no ready-for-service entry;
- CORE now loads service resources through the dedicated resources interface;
- qualification errors now provide more accurate information about why an order cannot continue.

Billing and invoice improvements
This release also includes several billing-related improvements:
- the next billing-cycle date is now calculated correctly when a product is moved to a new billing account during a change of owner;
- billing-channel updates no longer fail when optional values are empty;
- first-invoice handling has been improved for customers whose billing account is disabled;
- the online-payment button has been restored in latest-invoice emails.

Self-service and mobile improvements
Product pages in the Self-Service Portal are no longer blocked while policies are loading, so customers can access product information without unnecessary delays.

We have also improved several mobile experiences:
- Xtra Card usage is displayed consistently in both SIM and eSIM sections;
- long tariff names and descriptions no longer overlap on product cards;
- long email addresses no longer cause the Invoice Channel form to overflow;
- the Invoice Channel “Change” button remains accessible when multiple long email addresses are displayed.

Additional usability improvement
The address-autocomplete dropdown in the Add Person form is now correctly aligned.

Hi there,

We’ve released a set of improvements to make pricing, billing operations, and day-to-day work in CORE more reliable and easier to use.

Regional pricing during ordering
You can now support different prices for the same offering depending on the customer’s region or service address.

When an address is qualified during the order process, METAVSHN can determine the applicable regional price and carry it through the full journey:

- product and service configuration,
- order summary and sidebar,
- terms,
- billing,
- Hosted Checkout.

This makes it possible to present the correct contextual price from the start—rather than relying on manual adjustments later in the process.

More customer-friendly service suspensions
Service suspensions linked to newly overdue invoices can now respect configured operational hours.

When a planned suspension would fall outside business hours, on a weekend or on a public holiday, it is moved to the next suitable working time. This helps ensure customers are not affected when support teams are unavailable.

This behavior applies to newly created overdue-invoice suspension events; existing events are not changed retroactively.

Paper invoice reminder fees
For tenants using paper billing, the platform can now automatically apply the configured fee for a paper invoice reminder to the next invoice.

The automation is limited to the relevant paper-channel reminder workflow. Manual “Send invoice” actions from CORE do not automatically generate this additional fee.

More resilient order provisioning
If a service-provisioning request cannot be created because a connected service is temporarily in an invalid state, the order no longer falls back into an unnecessary error stage.

Instead, the process can wait and be retried, administrators are notified, and the order can continue once the service is ready again. This is particularly helpful for temporary provisioning and number-porting-related issues.

Easier navigation in CORE
Many CORE actions and records now use real application links rather than JavaScript-only navigation.

This means users can use standard browser behaviour—such as Ctrl/Cmd-click to open records in a new tab—when working with customers, orders, documents, services and related items.

Fixes and usability improvements
This release also includes improvements across billing, warehouse workflows and the CORE user interface:

- corrected calculation of TV discounts after a billing-period change;
- improved protection of billing forecasts when price data is incomplete;
- corrected product names in purchase-order CSV exports;
- fixed an error that could occur when restoring a customer search from the tray;
- improved Activity Log consistency after reopening a customer profile;
- fixed mobile sidebar alignment and several form/layout issues;
- improved invoice-detail display for customers with multiple email addresses;
- restored the display of selected quantities for additional services in order details;
- resolved an issue affecting service deletion/state updates.

Ongoing platform maintenance

Behind the scenes, we have also updated key platform components to current technology versions, including Java 25 and Angular 21.

These internal improvements help keep METAVSHN aligned with current security, performance and industry standards, while providing a stable foundation for future enhancements.
